Real Estate Sales Compensation

Compensation:

The typical real estate salesperson is compensated on a straight commission basis. There is no set pay day nor is there any salary or draw against future commissions. The sales agent is paid shortly following the closing of a transaction in which they are involved after all funds involved in the closing are disbursed and any disputes arising from the closing are settled.

The Benefit of Commission Compensation:

While there is no base income to the commissioned salesperson, there is also NO LIMIT to the total income that the agent can earn. Real Estate sales agents are compensated in the direct proportion to their productivity in the marketplace and their ability to service their clients and to list all sell real estate.
